汽车盘式制动器性能测试台研发

摘    要:介绍了一种新型盘式制动器性能测试台的研发和应用。测试台采用交流变频电机和行星齿轮减速器实现盘式制动器的连续回转,由电液伺服阀和二级增压缸进行制动压力的伺服控制。测试台可完成汽车盘式制动器的扭转疲劳、扭力破坏及制动钳高压耐久等性能试验。应用结果表明:较传统的制动器扭转疲劳试验台,该测试台更接近盘式制动器实际工况,试验数据为该类产品设计和性能优化提供了有效参考。

Abstract:The application and development of a new automobile disc brake test bed were introduced. The continuous rotation of disc brakes in the test bed was driven by alternating current (AC) variable-frequency motor and planetary reducer, and the servo control of brake pressure was set by composed of eleetrohydraulic servo valve and two-stage booster cylinder. Torsional fatigue, torsion failure, and hi-pres- sure durability performance test of disc brakes could be completed in this bed. The application results show that comparing with the traditional disc brake torsion fatigue test bed, it is more close to the practical working condition of brake disc, and experimental data provides effective reference for the design and performance optimization of this kind of products.
