摘    要:推导并给出了废料塑性变形功的积分式,为精确计算废料塑性变形功提供了理论公式:根据实验研究的结果,总结出薄板电磁力冲裁的机理,分析了电压和线圈变化时薄板冲裁的断裂模式,为以后电参数公式的推导确定了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the integral formula of the waste plastic deformation work are deduced and given out, from which the waste plastic deformation work can be precisely calculated. The mechanism of the electromagnetic sheet blanking is concluded from the experimental results, and the rupture mode are analyzed with the change of the voltage and coil, it will give out theory foundation to deduce the formula of electricity parameter.
