摘    要:非有效接地电网发生单相接地故障时,准确检出故障线路对快速排除故障、提高供电可靠性具有重要意义。本文采用基于证据理论的综合选线方法并应用虚拟仪器技’术实现了一种单相接地故障选线装置。该选线装置硬件采用工控机实现,软件采用LabVIEW编程开发。叙述了综合选线方法的基本原理,详细介绍了装置的实现方法。实践表明采用虚拟仪器技术容易实现复杂的算法和功能、兼容性强。

Abstract:This paper proposes an implementation of fault detecting device that employs evidence- theory-based fusion method and virtual instrument technology. The device was developed with industrial computer and LabVIEW. The fusion method is introduced; and the implementation of the device is depicted. The practice has shown that utilization of virtual instrument is benefit for achieving more complex algorithms and functions, and is able to improve the compatibility.
