造粒机非标准推力轴承的改造

摘    要:低压高密度聚乙烯是从日本引进的成套设备,其中造粒机的非标准力轴承存在较明显的设计问题,自开工以来运行一直不平稳,每年更换轴承的费用需160万元。经分析轴承的损坏原因后,对其结构进行了较大的改造,并对轴承的选材、制造工艺、安装及动载荷计算等也做了叙述。改造后的轴承寿命比原轴承提高了2.1倍,替代了进口。

Abstract:The complete equipment of low pressure high density polyethylene is imported from Japan.Among them,the nonstandard thrust bearing of granulating machine has distinct design problem.The operation is not steady since start up.The costs for replacing bearings are RMB $160105 per year.After analizing the breakdown reason of bearing,the considerable reconstruction of structure is carried out.The material selection of bearing,manufacture process,assembly and calculation are mentioned.The life of reconstructed bearing is increased in 2.1 times than rear bearing.The reconstructed bearing is substituted for imports.
