| 摘 要： | 介绍了在单片机控制下的一种测量仪器，利用电压负反馈和电隔离技术，实现电阻电容在线测试，它可以进行数据采集，A／D转换，自动转换量程及显示等，具有较高的测试精度。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an instrument controlled by the single chip 8031. The instrument can carry out the on line measurement for resistance and capacity. It uses the principle of the voltage negative feedback and the method of the isolated voltage. The instrument can collect data and implement A/D conversion. It can also change the range of measurement automatically and provide high accuracy. |
