摘    要:针对某增压柴油机搭载整车试验时发生连杆捣破缸体的重大故障,通过发动机拆解、失效件检测、断口电镜扫描等方法进行故障原因分析。结果表明:连杆大头盖装反是导致此次重大故障的根本原因。据此,采取了相应的改进措施,杜绝了类似故障的发生。

Abstract:Aiming at the major fault that the cylinder block of a certain turbocharged diesel engine was broken by connecting rod during the vehicle test, methods including engine disassembly, failure parts detection, and SEM to fracture were used to analyze the fault. The results indicated that the anti-installation of the connecting rod cap was the root cause. The corresponding improvement measures had been taken accordingly in order to prevent similar faults.
