唐山1 000吨级船主推进系统集成优化设计

摘    要:针对唐山1 000吨级船主推进系统的差异性需求,对主推进冷却系统、艉轴艉管润滑、轴功率平衡等进行了集成优化设计。目前该船主推进系统使用情况良好,表明:该船主推进系统的集成优化设计合理;并可为类似船舶主推进系统的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the specific requirements of Tangshan 1 000 DWT ship main propulsion system, integrated optimal design was carried out on main propulsion cooling system, stern shaft and tube lubrication and shafts power balance. After optimization, the main propulsion system boasts good application performance, which indicates that the optimal design is rational and offers references for similar marine main propulsion system.
