煤矿井下矸石置换煤炭清洁生产技术

摘    要:在对煤矿井下矸石来源进行分析的基础上,建立了井下煤矸分选系统,主要包括筛选、分选和回煤等工序流程,增加了综采放顶煤采出率,解决了提升运输系统的卡仓问题,同时完善了井下煤质控制流程。在“三下”压煤区中实施巷道矸石充填,并开发出以矸石为主料的“预构人造墙体,矸石置换窄煤柱”沿空掘巷技术,形成了一套矸石置换煤炭清洁生产技术。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the source of coal mine underground gangue,established the coal with gangue underground separation system,mainly including screening,sorting and return to coal in process,and increased the fully mechanized top coal caving recovery,and solved the jamming problem in hoisting and transportation system,and improved cotrol flow of underground coal quality.
