| 摘 要： | 在对煤矿井下矸石来源进行分析的基础上，建立了井下煤矸分选系统，主要包括筛选、分选和回煤等工序流程，增加了综采放顶煤采出率，解决了提升运输系统的卡仓问题，同时完善了井下煤质控制流程。在“三下”压煤区中实施巷道矸石充填，并开发出以矸石为主料的“预构人造墙体，矸石置换窄煤柱”沿空掘巷技术，形成了一套矸石置换煤炭清洁生产技术。
