| 摘 要： | 为提高三维编织机的自动化水平,在其控制系统中采用了AS-49PC-4运动控制卡设计了“PC＋运动控制卡”控制方案．详细介绍了AS-49PC-4运动控制卡与驱动器和步进电机的连接及控制电机的具体实现．实践表明,使用此方案,可缩短系统的开发周期,提高插补精度,降低编织出错率．

| Abstract: | In order to improve automated standard of the 3D braiding machine,AS-49PC-4 moving control card is applied to the computer control system and "PC + controller" plan is designed.The connecting AS-49PC-4 controller with drivers and step-motors and control for the step-motor are described in detail.Practices prove that applying this design to the control system,the developed periods is shortened,precision of interpolation is improved,the braiding error is decreased effectively. |
