摘    要:在分析顶装式洗衣机结构的基础上,建立了洗衣机桶体振动模型。为研究平衡环中盐液的平衡作用和机理,提出了模拟平衡环的三球模型,用Runge-Kutta法得到了桶体振动方程的数值结果。开发了相应的分析和仿真软件系统,对实际洗衣机桶体脱水启动阶段的动态特性进行了仿真,合理地解释了平衡环的作用机理。数值结果和仿真软件对洗衣机的开发和动态优化设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The structure of a top loaded washing machine is analyzed, and the vibration model of the tub is developed. A three-ball model is suggested to simulate balancing the effectiveness and mechanism caused by the liquid in the equilibrium ring. The numerical results of the complicated vibration equations of the tub are obtained by using Runge-Kutta method. Accordingly, an analysis and simulation system is developed to simulate the starting process of the machine. The dynamic characteristics of an actual washing machine are simulated, which explain reasonably the equilibrium mechanism of the equilibrium ring. The numerical results and the simulation system possess important value in the developing and dynamic optimal design of a washing machine.
