渥丹多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用水煮醇沉法,通过单因子试验和正交试验,对渥丹可溶性粗多糖的提取工艺进行研究,其结果表明:料水比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取温度(C)、乙醇终浓度(D)4因素对多糖提取率影响的主次顺序为A〉B〉D〉C,料水比为主要因素。最佳提取工艺为A2B3C1D2,即提取温度70℃、V(料):V(液)=1:15、提取时间3h,乙醇终浓度80%,渥丹多糖的提取率为3.252%。

Abstract:Extraction technology of lilium concolor Salisb.soluble polysaccharides with the water extracting ethanol precipiting process was studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal test, The results indicate that: the effect order of four factors including sample-water ratio(A ), extraction time(B ) ,extraction temperature(C), the final concentration of ethanol (D)is A 〉B〉D〉C, ratio of material to water is the main factor. The optimal extracting process condition is as follows:temperature 70℃, ratio of material to water 1:15, extraction time 3 h, final ethanol concentration 80%. Under this condition, extraction rate of Lilium concolor Salisb. Polysaccharides is 3.252%.
