| 摘 要： | 伊核问题六国与伊朗达成全面协议,这将对伊朗、国际油气市场和中东地缘政治产生深远影响。本文对伊朗重返国际石油市场的前景进行了分析,认为其出口前景不容乐观,合作前景良好但需谨慎抉择。基于对中伊合作机遇与挑战的分析,提出了加强中伊能源合作的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The agreement reached between Iran and six concerning countries over the nuclear issue will have a profound impact on Iran, the global oil and gas market and the Middle East geopolitics. This paper analyzes the prospects of Iran"s return to the international oil market, and believes that its export outlook is not optimistic, and the prospects for cooperation are good, but need to be cautious. Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges of cooperation between China and Iraq, the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the cooperation between China and Iraq are put forward. |
