废石尾砂胶结充填体强度性能及物料配比参数试验研究(增刊)

摘    要:某矿地处高原,当地水泥成本高,若采用全尾砂进行充填,充填体强度偏低,充填成本较高。废石尾砂胶结充填可以降低水泥单耗,为矿山充填方案选择提供了技术思路。本文通过充填配比试验研究了废石尾砂胶结充填体强度性能,确定了废石尾砂胶结充填物料配比参数,为充填方案论证提供了依据。通过试验可知,相同水泥单耗情况下,废石尾砂胶结充填体强度显著高于全尾砂胶结充填体,60%~65%的尾砂浆浓度、50%的废石添加量可使废石胶结充填具有较优的强度性能及流变性能。

Abstract:A mine located in the plateau, the cement bring a good price in local markets . If the utilizing minefill has been used, it lead to lower strength and higher filling cost. Cemented Rock-Tailings Backfill can reduce cement consumption, this provide a technical ideas for the minefill. Mechanical Properties and Optimization Ratio of Cemented Rock-Tailings Backfill have been studied by this paper, the results provided theoretical basis for backfill plant. Through experiments, it is known that, under the same cement consumption and waste rock is added, can provide the strength of the filling body, and the backfill can obtain a high strength and better rheological with 60% to 65% of mortar concentration and 50% of the amount of waste rock .
