| 摘 要： | 矿浆浓度是选矿流程中重要的判断依据和参考指标。本文设计了一种载流式的称重法浓度计,并配合使用北京矿冶研究总院与加拿大H S合作开发的取样器解决了取样的代表性与可靠性问题,浓度计执行机构简单可靠,故障率低,并进行了中试线实验,测量精度优于2%,测量原理与浓度壶法相同,工业现场更易接受,适合大范围推广应用。

| Abstract: | Pulp concentration is an important judgment basis and reference in mineral processing. This paper designs an online weighting method concentration meter. It"s sampler designed by BGRIMM and Canada H S Ltd. and have solved the problem of representative and reliability of sampling. Actuators of concentration simple and reliable and low failure rate, Through the pilot line test, it"s measurement accuracy better than 2%. The measuring principle is same as concentration pot method, so the industrial field more easy to accept and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. |
