海水液压电磁阀动作寿命试验研究

摘    要:海水液压电磁阀是深潜器可调压载系统中的关键元器件,控制压载水舱中海水的注入/排出动作切换。介绍了一种四合一插装式海水液压电磁阀的工作原理,并对该阀进行了故障树分析,确定了以阀口泄漏量作为该阀动作寿命的主要考核指标;并在此基础上使用数据采集卡以及虚拟仪器开发了考核该阀动作寿命的试验系统;最后对四合一海水电磁阀进行了5万次动作寿命试验。试验结果表明,所讨论的四合一海水电磁阀能满足可调压载系统的动作寿命要求。

Abstract:As an important component of the variable ballast system, seawater hydraulic solenoid valve controls the discharge and influxion of variable ballast cabin. The principle of a seawater hydraulic solenoid valve manifold was introduced in this paper. Based on failure tree analysis, the leakage was selected as a key indicator of durability. Then a testing system of switching life was developed by using DAQ card and virtual instrument platform. Finally, the manifold was tested for 50 000 times, and the experimental results show that the tested manifold satisfied the switching life requirements of the variable ballast system.
