摘    要:说明了基于角度传感器电反馈的钻机支腿调平的过程状态,建立了电液比例方向阀的模型,对四分之一系统做出了动态特性分析,同时推导了活塞对比例阀输入位移和负载力扰动的响应特征,并对钻机电液比例阀进行HCD库仿真,又对钻机液压系统进行AMESim模型搭建与系统优化。

Abstract:The leveling procedure of drilling rig outriggers based on electro-feedback of angle sensor is introduced, proportional directional valve model is built, and dynamic characteristic analysis for a quarter of system is done in this paper. Piston's response characteristic in terms of the input displacement of proportional valve and load distur-bance is deduced, HCD library for the proportional valve of drilling rig is simulated, at the same time, AMESim model building for the hydraulic system of drilling rig and system optimization are performed, which may supply reference for leveling construction machinery and other supports.
