摘    要:焊接翻转机的结构尺寸、平稳性、翻转的连续性以及制造成本对提高焊接效率和保证安全性有很大的影响。研究了可以实现原地低位翻转的上车架总成翻转机,并对运动轨迹和动态稳定性进行了分析,结果表明:上车架翻转机的重心在翻转中有下降过程,而且翻转连续平稳。上车架总成翻转机占地空间小,制造成本低,具有良好的应用前景,在国内外焊接生产线上有很高的推广价值。上车架总成翻转机已申请专利,并已广泛应用在焊接过程中。

MOVING TRACE AND DYNAMIC STABILITY OF UNIT ASSEMBLY TURNOVER MECHANISM
Abstract:The construction dimension, stability, continuity, and manufacturing cost of the welding turnover mechanism has great effect on increasing of efficiency, welding quality and security. The operating principle of unit assembly turnover mechanism has been studied, and its moving trace and dynamic stability have been analyzed. The result shows that the gravity center of work piece has a falling process. The turnover process is continuous and stable during the working time, and the manufacturing cost is very low. Therefore, unit assembly turnover mechanism has good application prospect, and has high promotion value in welding production line in the world. The unit assembly turnover mechanism has been applied for patent and used extensively in welding process.
