含气孔缺陷球壳应力集中

摘    要:对承受内压 ,厚度中央含单个球形、椭球形或长条形气孔缺陷的球壳进行了三维有限元分析 ,绘出了气孔影响区应力分布和应力集中系数曲线 ,找出了气孔缺陷影响球壳应力分布与应力集中系数的规律。

Abstract:Through the FEM analysis of a spherical shell having a spherical,ellipsoidal or long ellipsoidal cavity in central wall under internal pressure,a series of curves of stress distributions and stress concentration factors were drawn,and the laws of stress distributions and stress concentration factors which a cavity flaw influence a spherical shell were concluded.
