气体氮化后除氢工艺的研究

摘    要:对气体氮化后的除氢工艺及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,不同钢具有不同的除氢工艺;经不同温度除氢,试样表面的氢含量及试样的力学性能不同;通过试验分析,获得了4Cr14Ni14W2Mo钢、18Cr12Ni4WA钢、38CrMoAlA钢的除氢工艺。

Abstract:Dehydrizing processes and mechanical properties of samples after gas nitriding were studied .The results show that different steels have different dehydrizing processes, hydrogen content on the surface layer and mechanical properties of test specimens are different by dehydrizing at different temperature. Dehydrizing processes of 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo steel,18Cr12Ni4WA steel and 38CrMoAlA steel are obtained.
