微波-水热法制备多孔ZnIn2S4光催化剂及催化性能的研究

摘    要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用微波-水热法制备了多孔ZnIn2S4光催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis、EDS等分析手段对催化剂的晶型结构、形貌及化学组成进行了表征。考察了模板剂浓度、pH值、微波时间与温度对多孔ZnIn2S4光催化剂形貌结构及催化降解甲基橙的影响。制备的最佳条件为:CTAB模板剂的加入量为0.54g、pH值为2.0、温度为140℃、时间为1.0h。当催化剂用量为0.01g,催化降解甲基橙降解率可达64.3%。

Abstract:The porous ZnIn2S4 photocatalysts were synthesized by using CTAB as template via microwave-hydrothermal method.The crystal structure,morphology and chemical composition of the above-prepared photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronic microscope(SEM),UV-Vis,energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The effects of CTAB concentration,pH value,microwave reaction time and temperature on the structure of catalysts and properties of catalytic degradation of methyl orange were investigated.It was found that the optimum preparation conditions of the porous ZnIn2S4 were 0.54g of CTAB adding amount,2.0 of pH value,140℃ and 1.0h of microwave-hydrothermal temperature and time.The degradation rate of methyl orange reached 64.3% with 0.01g catalyst.
