航空发动机润滑油抗结焦性能研究

摘    要:采用加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)、氧化安定性和腐蚀性方法评价航空润滑油的氧化安定性,利用热流体过程模拟(HLPS)动态成焦仪、板式成焦器评价航空润滑油抗结焦性能。结果表明:航空润滑油和酯类基础油相比,起始氧化温度提高,氧化诱导期增长,其酸值变化及金属片质量变化小,高温结焦倾向及板式成焦倾向小。

Abstract:The oxidation stability of aviation engine oil was method. And the anti - coking performance was investigat panel coker respectively. The results indicated that the avi ger oxidation induction time than the ester base oil, and very sma evaluated using PDSC as well as Oxidation and Corrosion Stability ed with Hot Liquid Process Simulator (HLPS) dynamic coking and ation engine oil has higher initiative oxidation temperature and Ion- its TAN change, metal weight change and coking propensity are very small.
