| 摘 要： | 头孢卡品前体酸是合成盐酸头孢卡品酯的重要中间体，以7-氨基头孢烷酸为起始原料，经水解反应得3-脱乙酰基-7-氨基头孢烷酸，再与（Z）-2-（2-叔丁氧羰基氨基噻唑-4-基）-2-戊烯酸、二异丙胺作用得到头孢卡品前体酸。总收率70％以上，纯度98％以上。

| Abstract: | Boc-Cefeapene.DIPA is the important intermediate for the synthesis of eefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride.Boc-Cefcapene.DIPA was synthesized by using 7-ACA as the starting material under hydrolysis reaction to afford HACA. The coupling of HACA and BAPA, and precipitation with diisopropylamine gave the Boc- Cefeapene.DIPA.The totle yield of the production is up to 70%（regarding 7-ACA as calculation standard）.The purity of the production is up to 98%. |
