头孢卡品前体酸的合成

摘    要:头孢卡品前体酸是合成盐酸头孢卡品酯的重要中间体,以7-氨基头孢烷酸为起始原料,经水解反应得3-脱乙酰基-7-氨基头孢烷酸,再与(Z)-2-(2-叔丁氧羰基氨基噻唑-4-基)-2-戊烯酸、二异丙胺作用得到头孢卡品前体酸。总收率70%以上,纯度98%以上。

Abstract:Boc-Cefeapene.DIPA is the important intermediate for the synthesis of eefcapene pivoxil hydrochloride.Boc-Cefcapene.DIPA was synthesized by using 7-ACA as the starting material under hydrolysis reaction to afford HACA. The coupling of HACA and BAPA, and precipitation with diisopropylamine gave the Boc- Cefeapene.DIPA.The totle yield of the production is up to 70%(regarding 7-ACA as calculation standard).The purity of the production is up to 98%.
