焦炉煤气利用的分析与建议

摘    要:综述了焦炉煤气的利用进展,对比分析了国内不同来源的焦炉煤气的利用特点和现状。从产品市场、应用,结合工艺技术,讨论了各利用途径的优缺点和适用性,提出焦炉煤气在钢铁企业中作为轧钢燃气或与转炉气等联合利用是最有效的利用途径;而在供城市燃气的焦化企业中,焦炉煤气制天然气联产清洁能源氢气是最佳的利用途径;独立的焦化企业应避开受市场垄断的能源类产品,开发产品附加值高的化工产品技术。

Abstract:The characteristics and status of the utilization of coke oven gas (COG) from different sources were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the COG utilization were discussed through product market analysis and utilization technology of the COG. The most effective way to COG utilization as a rolling gas and reducing agent in the iron and steel enter- prises was proposed. It was pointed out that the COG-to-SNG process co-producing hydrogen was the optimal way to COG utiliza- tion in the coking enterprises for town gas production. The independent coking enterprises should keep themselves away from the monopoly of the product market and try to develop their own technologies to produce high value added chemical raw materials.
