玻纤增强环氧树脂复合材料的酸雨循环老化性能与机理

摘    要:针对潮湿和酸雨多发地域的航空器复合材料老化问题,模拟酸雨和湿热(普通热水)环境,研究了单向玻纤增强环氧树脂复合材料(UGFREC)在酸雨和湿热环境下的吸湿-干燥循环老化行为;分析了不同循环次数下的UGFREC的吸水动力学;采用力学测试装置、热力学分析装置和扫描电镜,分别表征酸雨和湿热循环老化前后UGFREC的弯曲性能、层间剪切性能、冲击强度、动态粘弹性、玻璃化转变温度和冲击破坏形貌;初步给出反映酸雨和湿热循环过程中基体树脂与纤维间的界面应力变化模型。

Abstract:In view of the aging problems of the composites on the aircraft in the damp and acid rain district,the absorption-desorption cycling aging behaviors of unidirectional glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites(UGFREC) under the acid rain(homemade) and hygrothermal(normal hot water) conditions were investigated.The kinetics of moisture absorption of UGFREC during different cycle numbers under the acid rain and hygrothermal condition were investigated.The bending property,interlaminated shear property,dynamic viscoelasticity,glass transition temperature and impact fracture surface morphology of UGFRBC before and after aging using mechanical test device,thermodynamics analysis device and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were characterized.A model reflecting the stress change at the interface between resin and fiber during the acid rain and hygrothermal cycling aging was initially established.
