摘    要:本文使用SiC砂轮和金刚石砂轮对颗粒尺寸大、体积分数高的SiCp/Al复合材料进行了平面磨削实验,研究了磨削深度和工件进给速度对磨削力的影响,并利用扫描电镜对已加工表面形貌进行了研究.结果表明:使用SiC砂轮加工时,磨削力随磨削深度的增加而增大;工件进给速度较低时,磨削力随工件进给速度增加而减小,当工件进给速度超过12...
