摘    要:本文提出了金刚石合成的二阶段升温升压工艺,讨论了各工艺参数(暂停时间、台阶功率、台阶压力)对粉末触媒高温高压合成优质金刚石单晶的影响,并对实验现象进行了分析,确立了高品级金刚石的合成工艺.实验结果表明:暂停时间长短影响成核的数量,暂停时间长金刚石产量低,暂停时间短金刚石产量高,但晶形较差;随着台阶功率的增加,金刚石的成...

Abstract:A diamond synthesis technology of two-step pressure-rising and temperature-increasing was put forward in this paper.Influences of technology parameters,such as pause duration,power and pressure steps,upon diamond synthesis with powder catalyst at high pressure and high temperature(HPHT) were discussed,and the experiment phenomena were analyzed.Furthermore,the technology for high grade diamonds synthesis was established.The results showed that pause duration affected the quantity of diamond nucleus.Longer pa...
