摘    要:同一种焊粉氧含量不同时其理化性能有显著差异.本文在不同研磨转速、研磨环境下对粉状钎料FCu14的氧含量进行研究,通过比较钎料粉末的表观颜色,来判断粉末中的氧含量,可以快捷分析研究工艺参数与氧含量的关系.研究结果表明:将待研磨粉末预冷到-10℃后装入研磨装置,当研磨罐的转速为10 r/min,并且在研磨罐中添加一定量的冷...
