| 摘 要： | 在城市化进程中加快实现农民市民化 ,这是我国经济社会发展的必须趋势 ,但由于受多种因素的影响 ,目前农民市民化仍面临重重障碍 ,主要有认识障碍、政策障碍、制度障碍、信息障碍和农民素质障碍。只有全面推进改革 ,努力突破上述五大障碍 ,才能让我国大部分农民最少痛苦地、平稳而又较快地实现由农民到市民的角色转换

| Abstract: | It is on a trend to expedite the urbanization of rural population for the economic and social development. However, due to various elements, there are still a few obstructions on the way ahead involving ideology, policy, institution, information and aptitude of rural population. Only through a comprehensive reform, can those obstacles be overcome and the transit of rural population be realized smoothly. |
