| 摘 要： | 介绍了智能小区系统的设计依据和设计原则，从安防系统、信息管理系统、综合信息系统等方面分析了智能小区系统的组成及其实现目标，并指出了智能小区建设应注意的问题，从而为住户营造一个安全、舒适、节能的居住和生活环境，实现对整个社会更加人性化的管理。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design consideration and principle of intelligent residential quarters,analyzes the composition and target of intelligent residential quarter system from safety protection system,information management system,and integrated information system,and points out the problems should be noticed in the construction of intelligent residential quarter,in order to build a safety,comfortable and energy-saving living environment and fulfill more humanized management of the whole community. |
