套筒滚子链的防打滑设计

摘    要:链传动经常出现打滑现象 ,运转时不能保持恒定的瞬时传动比 ,且零部件磨损后易发生跳齿。为此 ,通过对工况及其受力分析 ,提出了相应的解决方法 ,即合理选择链轮齿数Z1、Z2 以及链节距 p ;在传递功率不太大时 ,在一定范围内尽量选择大节距、单排链 ;合理选择链轮的材料、结构和热处理方法。根据这些方法可以制造出运动性能好、抗冲击、寿命长的轻便的链传动零部件 ,其使用寿命可延长 10 %以上。

Abstract:To solve problems that chain transmission often occurs slipping, instantaneous ratio of transmission unconstant and teeth leap easily, relevant prevent measures are presented based on analysis of service condition and load. The measures include properly selecting numbers of chain teeth, Z 1, Z 2, link span p , selecting bigger link span, single row chain as driving lower power, and properly selecting material, configuration and heat treatment process of chain-wheel. The measures can be used to produce good kinetic property, anti-impacting and longer life-span chain driving unit.
