灰色多层次综合评判法的应用——对高校学科带头人的选拔评价

摘    要:科学的评价体系和评价方法是客观、公正、全面评价学科带头人的前提。尝试将灰色多层次综合评判法应用于学科带头人的选拔评价中,其计算步骤更为简便,计算量较小,使评价结果更加客观、可靠,该方法具有广泛的适用性。

Abstract:A scientific system and proper meotod is the premise for the objective assessment of academic leaders of the disciplines.This paper attempts to apply the improved gray multi-level comprehensive evaluation method in the selection and assessment of academic leaders of the disciplines.The results indicate that the improved meohod is simpler in computation and the assessment is more objective,reliable and applicable.
