摘    要:本文重点介绍300MW(30万千瓦)汽轮发电机定子绕组内部蒸发冷却的模拟实验。阐述了实验原理,模型的建立,数据的采集等问题,并对结果进行了初步的分析。实验的目的是为了取得定子绕组空心导线内流体的温度分布,并粗略估计出蒸发点的位置,旨在推进蒸发冷却技术在大容量汽轮发电机上的应用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the simulating experiment of inner evaporative cooling of 300MW turbo generator's stator windings, stating the theory of experiment and construction of experiment model and collection of data, and roughly analyzing the results. The aim of experiment is to get the temperature distribution of coolant in the hollow bar and roughly estimate the evaporative point,aiming at pushing forward the application of evaporative cooling technique in large turbo generator.
