| 摘 要： | 从双氧水生产过程中配制釜的操作工况出发，对配制釜的搅拌系统、减速箱输出轴联轴节、搅拌器以及夹套换热等进行了较为详细的优化设计，优化后的配制釜已在实际生产中获得应用，并取得较好的使用效果。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the actual operation conditions of the working solution preparation vessel in the production process of H2O2, the optimizing design is given in detail such as the stirring system of the vessel, the output shaft coupling of reduction box, the agitator, the jacket heat exchanger, and so on. The optimized preparation vessel has been used in the actual production of H2O2 and obtained a good running effect. |
