| Abstract: | The planning of the University Town Station District on Line M9 in Shanghai has followed the principle of the new urbanism for spatial design of being compact,suitable for walking,with integrated functions and payable.In this way the planned district is made into one with reasonable acreage for the neighbourhood,high degree of continuity of street interface and small approved width of roads in the surrounding areas,etc. |
