钢材中五种有害杂质元素的光电光谱测定研究

摘    要:选用不同种类的一组块产太钢铁示样,采用燃烧曲线法确定最佳分析参数,用BAIRD SPECTROVAC2000CDV-5,HR-400光源,光电直读光谱仪测定钢材中P,S,Pb,Cu和As五种有害杂质元素。该方法可用一组标亲分析多种钢样,方法简便实用。分析结果相对标准偏差小于10%,基本与标准值一致。

Abstract:The P,S,Pb,Cu and As five pernicious elements in steel weredetermined by model BAIRD SPECTROVAC 2000 CDV-5, HR-400 light source,photoelectric direct reading spectroscopy,and with burn--off curve method,the optimum analytical parameters were determined from a group of different lump steelreference samples. The result showed that its relative standard deviation(RSD) wasless than 10%,basically in agreement with certified values. This method is simpleand practical,which can analyse various steel samples by a group of reference samples.
