玄武岩纤维混凝土的动态力学性能研究

摘    要:为了研究玄武岩纤维混凝土(Basalt fiber reinforced concrete,BFRC)的动态力学性能,采用直径100 mm的分离式霍普金森压杆(Split hopkinson pressure bar,SHPB)试验装置,对纤维体积掺量分别为0、0.1%、0.2%、和0.3%的BFRC进行了动态试验,得到材料的应力应变曲线和试验数据,对试验结果进行了研究。结果表明,BFRC具有良好的动态力学性能,应变率和纤维掺量是影响BFRC动态力学性能的重要因素;BFRC的动态压缩强度和韧性显示出应变率硬化效应,当纤维掺量为0.1%时,动态压缩强度的应变率敏感性相对较强,动态压缩强度和韧性相对较高;BFRC的动态强度增长因子与应变率对数之间具有近似线性函数关系,峰值应变与应变率对数之间具有近似二次多项式函数关系。

Abstract:In this paper,in order to investigate dynamic mechanical property of basalt fiber reinforced concrete (BFRC),a dynamic test on BFRC with four kinds of volume content(0,0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%) of fibre was carried out using 100mm-diameter split hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) device.Dynamic stress-strain curves and testing data have been obtained.Testing results were analyzed.The testing results showed that BFRC has favorable dynamic mechanical properties,the strain rate and fiber volume content have large effects o...
