微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法在食用油砷测定中的应用

摘    要:采用微波消解对食用油进行前处理,用氢化物原子荧光光谱法对食用油中砷进行测定.建立了测定食用油中砷的新方法.通过试验优化了消解务件、仪器工作条件,确定了微波消解体系,载液的介质、酸度,还原剂浓度,预还原剂的浓度以及用量用法,考察了不同浓度的共存离子对测定砷的干扰.在优化条件下,该方法的线性范围为0~10μg/L,相关系数为0.997 8.相对标准偏差最大为2.83%,回收率为96.7~103.6%,检出限为0.013μg/L.此方法具有简便、快速、准确、检出限低、高效、环保等优点,完全能满足食用油中砷含量检测要求.

Applying Microwave Digestion with Hydride Generation - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry for Determination of Arsenic Concentration in Edible Oil
Abstract:Using microwave digestion for pretreatment of edible oil and adopting hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for further determination, a new method for the determination of arsenic concentration in edible oil was established. The microwave digestion conditions and the work conditions of apparatus were optimized by experimentation , thus the system of microwave digestion was confirmed, the medium, acidity of liquid carrier, concentration of reducing agent, concentration and usage of pre - reducing agent were selected, and the interference of different concentration of coexistent ions was also observed. Results; Under the optimal conditions, the linearity range of this method is at 0 μg/L to 10 μg/L, the correlation coefficient is 0.997 8.The most relative standard deviation is 2.83% , the recovery rate is 96.7% to 103.6% , and the detection limit is 0.013 μg/L. This method has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate, low detection limit, high performance and environment friendly, which could completely satisfy the demands in the determination of arsenic concentration in edible oil.
