摘    要:以NS-2为基础,建立了一种新型的,适合于仿真光突发交换(OBS)网络的仿真平台——OBSns。该平台修正了NS-2对于WDM网络仿真的不足,便于设置网络拓朴、业务量、链路带宽等网络基本参数。同时以一个9节点星型OBS网络为例,详细介绍了OBSns的仿真流程,并分析和讨论了OBS突发数据包的端到端延迟、吞吐量等测试结果。

Abstract:In this paper, a novel simulation tool OBSns for Optical Burst Switching (OBS) was built by means of an extension to the network simulator (NS-2). This simulation tool amends the deficiencies of simulation for WDM network based on NS-2, and is easier to set up network parameters including network topology, traffic and bandwidth. The model of an OBS network with 9 nodes was presented, and the simulation processes was described in detail. Finally the test results of end-to-end delay and throughput were shown and discussed.
