摘    要:通过对弹性固体表面微观形貌进行建模,证明切应变与法向应变间存在以泊松比为系数的线性关系。采用高精度激光表面粗糙度外差干涉仪对工件表面的法向应变进行测量,实现在线测量转动工件切应变的目的。

Abstract:The linear relationship between shearing strain and radial strain based on Poisson's ratio was proved through building the model for the morphology of elastomer. The radial strain of a rotational workpiece was measured with a high-precision heterodyne interferometer for surface roughness. Then on-line measurement of the shearing strain of rotational workpieces was realized.
