我国天然气总资源量构成中有着相当数量的低效天然气藏资源量，后者储量约占全国天然气总储量的70％。这些天然气在储量的级别上大多隶属于基本探明的Ⅲ类储量，且在各盆地的分布极不均衡，同时还具有地质因素复杂、储量级别低、储量丰度低、气井产能低等特点。要开发利用好这些低效的气田或气藏，在技术和经济层面上都有着较大的难度。但低效气藏毕竟也是一种宝贵资源，对这种特殊资源的开发：第一必须做好开发早期的地质研究，搞清其地质特征及分布规律，依靠技术进步提高开发采收率；第二对低效气藏应做出客观可行的评价，分析低效气藏中相对高效气藏形成的主控因素，差中选优；第三坚持走可持续发展的道路，保持经济和社会的同步持续发展，  以持续的方式使用低效天然气这一不可再生的资源。

Resources Characteristics of Low Beneficial Gas Reservoirs and Strategic Thoughts of High Profitable Development

A large number of low beneficial gas reservoir resources，approximately accounting for 70% of the national total gas reserve，exists in the total gas reserve in ChinaWith the characteristics of complex geological factors，low reserve grade，low reserve abundance and low gas well productivity, most of them are classified into 3rd category according to the proven reserve classifications，and their distribution are not uniform across individual basinIt is very difficult to develop such resources in technical and economical viewpointsIn order to develop those special resources，lots of jobs must be done：① clarifying the geological characteristics and distribution at the early stage and improving the recovery by advanced techniques；② accurately evaluating the low beneficial gas reservoirs，including their main control factors compared with the high beneficial ones，then choosing the richer from the poor；③ persisting in the way of continuous development to the contribute simultaneously to the economical and social sustainable developments.
