微波等离子体炬摄谱特性的初步研究

摘    要:微波等离子体是新研制的一种原子发射光谱分析激发源,其特点是结构简单、造价低、激发效率高,是一种有实际开发价值的分析光源。我们用摄谱法对其性能作了初步研究,主要是酸性、气流量、输入功率的影响,其目的在于探索把它应用于摄谱分析的可能性。

Abstract:The Microwave Plasma Touch is a new exciting source for the Atomic Emitting Spec- trum. It has advantages of simple structure,low cost and high exciting power and therefore is worth using in practical analysis. Its main characters,such as the influences of acis,flow and input power etc.,have been studied,in order to explore the possibility of using MPT in the spectrographic analy- sis.
