摘    要:从网络分析理论出发,通过建立网络响应和网络参数之间的数学模型,利用网络的全响应信号,采用模型参数识别的方法得到故障网络的故障参数信息构成保护原理。参数识别的保护原理不受系统运行方式变化的影响,不受过渡电阻和系统振荡的影响。初步研究表明,利用该原理可以解决单端电气量无系统误差的准确故障定位、快速方向元件、串补电容线路故障位置的可靠识别和小电流接地系统准确故障选线等工程难题,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:A new relay protection principle is proposed in this paper.Based on the theory of electronic network analysis and the model that deals with the relationship between the network responses and the network parameters,using the network responses signal,the parameters of fault network estimated by parameter identification method are taken as the criterion of the new principle.The new criterion will not be influenced by system operation mode,the fault resistance and will be immune to the power system swing.Research results indicate that some engineering issue in the field of relay protection can be resolved by using the principle proposed in this paper,such as the accurate fault location method for transmission line using one-terminal data,the instantaneous directional protection,the fault identification of series compensated transmission lines,the fault line selection in the non-solid earthed network.The principle has good project application prospect.
