摘    要:利用空心阴极远区等离子体技术对MH-Ni电池隔膜进行改性处理,研究了等离子体处理条件对隔膜性能的影响.采用了红外光谱和SEM对处理前后隔膜表面的化学组成进行了表征分析,通过电化学性能测试,测定了处理前后隔膜电化学性能的变化.结果表明,通过空心阴极远区等离子体改性处理,在电池隔膜的表面引入了亲水性基团,改善了隔膜的浸润性,显著提高了MH-Ni电池的性能指标.

Abstract:In this paper,the surface of Ni-MH battery separator was modified by hollow cathode remote plasma.The effects of the working parameters on the separator's properties were studied systematically.The IR and SEM were used to analyze the chemical composition and the surface morphology.The change of electrochemistry properties before and after treatment was tested by electrochemistry measurement.The results showed that the hydrophilic group was found on the surface of Ni-MH battery separator after hollow cathode remote plasma modification,the wettability of the separator was greatly improved,so that the battery's property was improved obviously.
