摘    要:如何有效地提高各种高难度复杂井的固井界面胶结质量,特别是固井二界面的胶结质量,是钻井工程需要解决的重大技术难题之一。为经济有效地提高固井界面胶结质量,研究了新型的胶乳冲洗隔离液。试验研究表明,在冲洗隔离液中引入特制的胶乳处理剂后,能够使冲洗隔离液同时具有冲洗、隔离和胶结界面预处理三种功能。通过直接对胶结界面的预处理,能够增强固井液对套管,特别是井壁滤饼的胶结能力,形成致密的胶结层,从根本上提高界面胶结强度。该胶乳冲洗隔离液配方简单,配制成本低,便于现场推广使用。

Abstract:How to improve the bond quality of cementing interfaces of all kinds of complicated challenging wells, especially the bond quality of two cementing interfaces, is one of the major technical difficulties in drilling engineering. Novel latex spacer fluid has been developed. The field test shows the introduction of special latex additives in the spacer fluid enables it to act as flush fluid, spacer fluid, and to pre treat the bond interfaces. The pretreatment can improve the bond strength between the cement sheath and casing, and between the cement sheath and the wellbore mudcake, to form tight bonds. This latex fluid is simple and cost effective in formulation, easy for application in fields.
