正交车铣加工凸轮型面的试验研究

摘    要:针对凸轮型面加工精度难以保证、加工效率低等问题,采用正交车铣技术对凸轮型面进行切削加工.建立了正交车铣加工凸轮型面的运动模型,并通过试验对运动模型的正确性进行了验证.结果表明,采用正交车铣加工凸轮型面可以获得较小的表面粗糙度值,该方法是一种加工凸轮型面的高效方法.

Abstract:Orthogonal turn-milling technology is adopted to machine cam profile in order to improve machining precision and efficiency.The movement model of machining cam profile by orthogonal turn-milling is established,and the correctness is tested by experiment.It is shown that smaller surface roughness of cam profile is got by the orthogonal turn-milling,and it is an efficient method to machine cam contour surface.
