电磁搅拌铝钛硼中间合金的洁净化

摘    要:本文研究了电磁搅拌对铝钛硼中间合吉净化的影响。结果表明:黾磁搅拌能去除铝钛硼间合金中的夹渣,并且谘流磁场比直流磁场渣效果好;铝钛硼中间合金在磁感应度为0.24T的交流磁下搅拌3min。除渣效果最明显;电磁搅拌还在一定程度上改善了铝钛 间合金的细化效果。初步探讨了电磁搅拌的除渣机理,认为电磁场不仅能引熔体的旋转,而且在熔体中固液界面前约1cm范围内存在一个附加环流(次级流),附加充的存在是电磁搅拌除

Abstract:The influence of electromagnetic stirring on the cleanness of Al Ti B master alloys is studied.It is found that the slag of Al Ti B master alloys can be deprived by electromagnetic stirring,and the stirring effect of magnetic field induced by alternative current is better than that of magnetic field induced by direct current.In alternating cunent,when the magnetic flux density is 0 24T,the slag is deprived perfectly after being stirred for three minutes.The electromagnetic stirring can improve refining effect of Al Ti B master alloys to some degree.The principle of depriving slag by electromagnetic stirring has been elementarily investigated.It is found that the magnetic field not only causes the melt to revolve,but also produces a secondary flow in 1cm field away from the solid liquid interface.The secondary flow is the main reason of depriving slag.
