采用转基因酵母模型检测大豆异黄酮酶解前后雌激素活性

摘    要:采用微生物酶对大豆异黄酮进行了转化,并采用转基因酵母模型检测了大豆异黄酮酶转化前后的雌激素活性。结果显示,酶转化后的大豆异黄酮雌激素活性有较大幅度的提高,是由于染料木苷和大豆苷转化成染料木素和大豆苷原所致。

Abstract:In this study,soybean isoflavones were hydrolyzed by the enzyme from a microorganism strain.The estrogenic activity of soybean isoflavones before and after enzymic reaction was assayed by recombinant yeast.The results showed that the estrogenic activity of soybean isoflavones after enzymic reaction was higher than that before,which was due to the elimination of glycosides from genistin and daidzin to genistein and daidzein,respectively.
