摘    要:科学地分析评价炼油过程用能状况是节能工作的基础。笔者以某炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置为例,运用过程系统三环节能量结构理论,依据热力学第一定律和热力学第二定律进行了装置的能量平衡和炯平衡计算及分析,并根据分析结果指出了装置的节能方向,提出了节能措施。

Abstract:Energy saving in refineries needs to be carried out based on the scientifically energy analysis and evaluation of the processing units.The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in a refinery was taken as an example,its energy and exergy balances were then worked out through calculation according to the three link method for process integration following the First Law and the Second Law of thermodynamics.The results were analyzed,and the corresponding measures for energy saving were proposed.
