Research on theory and application of networked group innovation based on net brainstorm and TRIZ

Firstly,definition,characteristics,meaning and framework of the theory of Networked Group Innovation(NGI) are presented.Then,this paper focuses on the definition,three substantiality factors,and implementation flow of Net Brainstorm and application of TRIZ theory in the process of NGI.Finally,development environment and general Scheme's design of NGI application system are put forward.Taking Net Brainstorm and TRIZ theory as core,NGI merges traditional innovation technique and idea with net technology,and can offer necessary technical support for product development,technology innovation,product sale and even innovation problem in management.The embedded TRIZ tools and courseware of innovation methods and thoughts can be utilized as creativity training tools for employees.
