充油溶液聚合丁苯橡胶的研究

摘    要:以多螯锂作引发剂,用阴离子聚合方法合成了支化溶液聚合丁苯橡胶,并采用湿法充油技术制备了充油溶聚丁苯橡胶。结果表明:聚合体系内DVB用量增加,多螯引发剂相对分子质量分布逐渐加宽,支化程度逐渐增大,用该法制得的充油溶聚丁苯橡胶物理机械力学性能优异。

Abstract:In this paper,DVB was first polymerized with butadiene using butyllithium in cyclohexane to form soluble multi melic initiator.After the completion of copolymerization of butadiene and styrene with this kind of initiator,a kind of branching structure SSBR was obtained.Mixing the polymer solution with aromatic oil or naphthenic oil,the oil extended SSBR could be prepared.It was shown that values of MWD were increased with the increase of mole ratio of ,and prepared oil extended SSBR had excellent mechanical properties.
